Subscription Terms
Effective date: 15 October 2026
These Subscription Terms govern every recurring Premium plan bought from Servicios-Fuente Moderna S.L. on theinstictdietbook.com. They add to the Terms of Use and the Refund Policy; if the two documents disagree on refunds, the Refund Policy wins.
1. Where Premium is sold
Premium is available only through this website: you send a plan request, we email you a payment link, and you pay on the payment provider's page. The App Store delivers the free app and nothing else; there are no in-app purchases. After payment you receive an email with the details of your account, and signing in to the app with them switches on the Premium tools.

Prices include VAT where applicable. The exact amount, currency and billing cycle are shown on the payment page before you pay. All plans include the same six tools.
3. The 3-day trial
The trial is paid, not free: USD 3.99 is charged at checkout and gives three full days of Premium. At the end of the third day the plan converts into the monthly plan and USD 39.99 is charged, then again every month.
Cancel during the trial and the monthly charge never happens; you keep Premium until the end of the three days. The trial can be used once per customer.
4. Billing and automatic renewal
- Your plan starts when the first payment succeeds and lasts for the period paid for (a "billing cycle").
- At the end of each billing cycle the plan renews for the same period and the then-current price is charged to the payment method on file, unless you cancelled before the renewal date.
- A receipt is sent by email after each charge.
- If a charge fails, Premium is paused until a payment succeeds; the plan is not cancelled automatically.
5. Cancellation
Cancel at any time by emailing contact@theinstictdietbook.com from the address you paid with. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle: you keep Premium until then and are not charged again. Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel the plan.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to be sure the next charge is not made. Charges made before cancellation are refunded only under the Refund Policy.
6. Changing plans
You can switch between weekly and monthly by writing to us. The new plan starts at the next renewal date; the current cycle is not shortened or refunded. Switching does not restart the 3-day trial.
7. Price changes
We may change prices. A new price applies to you only from the next billing cycle that starts at least 30 days after we emailed you about it. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before that cycle starts and you will pay nothing more.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend Premium while a payment is outstanding, and we may end a subscription for fraud, chargeback abuse or a breach of the Terms of Use. If we end a subscription for any other reason, for example because the service is discontinued, we refund the unused part of the current cycle.
9. Changes to features
We may add tools, improve existing ones or replace them with equivalents. If a change removes a feature that was part of your plan when you bought it, and no equivalent is offered, you may cancel and receive a proportional refund of the current cycle.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Subscription Terms with at least 14 days' notice by email to active subscribers. Continuing the subscription after the effective date means you accept the new version; cancelling before that date means the old version applies until the end of your cycle.
