This policy explains how Servicios-Fuente Moderna S.L. uses cookies and similar technologies on theinstictdietbook.com. The Secure Clean app does not use cookies, web beacons or advertising identifiers.

The website does not set analytics, advertising or other third-party cookies. If that changes, optional cookies will run only after you accept them, and this table will be updated before they are switched on.
3. Categories
- Necessary entries make the banner and the sign-in form work. They stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Analytics and marketing cookies are not used on this website.
4. Consent
Because no optional cookies are used, both banner buttons keep only the necessary entries. If optional cookies are added later, they will need your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act; necessary entries rely on our legitimate interest in a working website.
5. Changing your choice
You can change your decision at any time:
- delete the sc-cookie entry in your browser and reload the page; the banner appears again;
- press Sign out in the site header to remove the sign-in email;
- clear site data in the browser settings (Safari: Settings → Privacy; Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site data).
Clearing these entries only resets the banner and the sign-in display.
6. Retention
Lifetimes are listed in the table above. Local-storage entries stay until you remove them.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this page when we add or remove cookies. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
